Location

Dennis is a Cape Cod town that was named “All American Town” in 1978 with its traditional heritage and modern conveniences. The town is a scenic historic district dating back to whaling days. The variety of beaches in Dennis is endless, with warm water beaches on Nantucket Sound to the south and the refreshing waters from Cape Cod Bay to the north. Along Main Street on either side of the entrance to The Northside Village, quaint shops abound.

The Northside Village is located right off of Main Street (Route 6A) in a beautiful country setting, near some of the best cultural experiences in Massachusetts. Whether it’s live theater, classic films, opera or natural history, our residents are in a cultural mecca. The community’s convenient location to Route 6 and Route 28 provides easy access to all Cape Cod locations, as well as connecting with Routes 3 and 195 to head to Boston and Providence, RI.
